DUE DILIGENCE INVESTIGATIONS – SCOPE OF SERVICES

  1. Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) company and person searches on relevant persons to determine corporate structure and business associations;
  2. Credit History – Veda Advantage credit checks of a relevant company and its directors to determine credit rating and any history of payment default etc;
  3. Bankruptcy searches of relevant individuals;
  4. Search for any Business Failures or Voluntary Wind-ups of any associated companies;
  5. Financial Viability Reports – Our RISKmanager and STOCKdoctor financial risk software programs enable prompt supply of a reliable report based on quantitative and qualitative information predicting the long term financial viability of the entity;
  6. Litigation searches – to ascertain any involvement in litigation to be established by searching of various court records in Australia and overseas;
  7. Searches of Australian media databases (going back over 10 years) to obtain copies of any media coverage of the company or associated individuals;
  8. Searches of international media (going back over 20 years);
  9. Internet searches of company website (if any) and major search engines to obtain any relevant information on the Internet; and
  10. Other inquiries, investigations and verification of potential issues.
This schedule is flexible and can be either added to, or subtracted from, at your discretion. The primary output of any assignment will be a comprehensive report detailing all material due diligence issues, containing a two page Executive Summary and a Conclusion/Recommendations section. Please note that the above services can be delivered whilst maintaining absolute confidentiality.

REPORTING
Subject to written acceptance of any proposal, DDC will undertake to complete the above inquiries and supply a comprehensive report within 14 days. This report will include detailed appendices supporting the conclusions reached.
